Hayrettin Özaydın
Chairman of the Executive Board

Hayrettin Özaydın is an influential businessman, consultant, and author in the telecommunications, satellite, and broadcasting sectors in Turkey. Born in Istanbul, Özaydın trained as an electronics technician and has over 37 years of experience in TV broadcasting systems and communication technologies.

He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Telecommunications, Satellite, and Broadcasting Businessmen's Association (TUYAD), founded in 2000. He also contributes to the sector by serving on the Telecommunications Committee of the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce and the Electrical, Electronics, Information and Cable Industry Committee of the Istanbul Chamber of Industry.

He is the founder of Hedef Koç Consulting, a company specializing in strategic planning and investment consulting, offering services primarily for the telecommunications and electronics sectors.

He is the Editor-in-Chief of Digital Life Magazine and Chairman of the Board of Küpsat A.Ş. He also serves as a Telecommunications Expert Witness at the Court of Judiciary and Industrial Property Rights.

Özaydın, who has written 10 books, has published his latest work, "Passwords," which includes observations on human nature and personal awareness.

Rüştü Arseven

Rüştü Arseven was born in 1957 in the Beşiktaş district of Istanbul.

He graduated from Istanbul University with a degree in engineering in 1979.

His first 20 years of work experience consisted of planning and factory management roles in the pharmaceutical/medical sector.
He later became involved in the IT sector, serving as General Manager at Tesan Communications Inc. for approximately 22 years.

He left his active General Manager position at Tesan in 2019 and currently serves as a consultant/mentor at Formrack.

Civil Society & Association Activities

He has been actively involved in IT sector associations since 2004. He served as an executive within TÜBİDER (Information Sector Association) and served for a period as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

The association pioneered the formation of TÜBİFED (Information Sector Associations Federation), which was established in 2008, and TÜBİDER is a member of this federation. Arseven emphasized a significant shortcoming in the IT sector's provision of technology/IT solutions, particularly to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). In this context, he emphasized the importance of supporting SMEs' digitalization. He also places particular emphasis on areas such as cybersecurity, stating that the sector must be prepared for these issues at both the institutional and individual levels.

Füsun Nebil

Füsun Sarp Nebil was born in Bakırköy, Istanbul. She completed her education in Çanakkale, Izmir, and Istanbul. She is married with two children. She is a maritime enthusiast (an amateur captain).

She received her master's degree in Nuclear Engineering from Istanbul Technical University (now the Energy Institute). She has held various positions at Turkish Airlines, NASA's Aluminum Factory, and the Alemdar Holding Group.

In 1997, she was appointed General Manager of Alnet, one of Türkiye's first ISPs. In 1999, she founded Intervizyon Ltd., which publishes various websites, including turk-internet.com. The company currently operates other sites such as Kadinvizyon.com.

Between 1998 and 2011, she served as a member of the Internet Board established by the Ministry of Transport. She worked on various commissions involving the state and the private sector. She has been a member of the TOBB Telecom Assembly since 2016.

In September 2001, Nebil was among the successful businesswomen selected from Türkiye by the United Nations. (UNECE INCLUDES 9 TURKISH BUSINESSWOMEN ON ITS LIST) She served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Digital Gaming Federation between 2010 and 2013. She served as a jury member for the Eutelsat European TV Awards for four years between 2011 and 2015.

She provides "Information and Communication Systems Consultancy" for various projects, including the Turkish Exporters' Center. She participates in and speaks on TV programs and at conferences related to her field. Her articles are published online on turk-internet.com, as well as in various media, including yetkinreport.com, bilisimdergisi.org.tr, Boğaziçi University Alumni Association Magazine, 21st Century Turkey Institute, Güncel Hukuk Dergisi, Ankara Bar Association Magazine, journo.com, and Consumers Union Etikett. She has been writing for T24 since 2014. She has researched and has expertise on Türk Telekom and Turkcell. His first book, "Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies", was published in April 2018.

Behçet Envarlı

He was born in Eskişehir on February 23, 1948. He completed his secondary education at American Robert College in Istanbul in 1966 and his higher education in Business Administration and Economics at Robert College University in 1970.

He worked at IBM Türk Limited Company from 1968 to 1998, leaving the company in November 1998 as part of the IBM Early Retirement Program.

He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of TÜBİSAD from July 1998 to July 2002. He served as a member of the TBV Board of Directors from June 1999 to May 2002. He served as TBV Secretary General from April 2002 to December 2013. He has served as Coordinator of the IT NGO Platform since December 2006. He served again as a member of the TBV Board of Directors from March 2013 to October 2020. In 2025, he became a member of the Board of Directors of the International Lifeline Association and, in the same year, assumed the role of General Manager at Inovatek Ltd.

Furthermore, in 2006, he served for 30 months on an EU Framework Program project called EASIER, which aimed to integrate regional SMEs operating in the Information and Communication Technologies sector into the EU Research Area. The EASIER project aimed to increase Information Technology research activities and strengthen the competitiveness of SMEs operating in the IT sector in Europe.

Niyazi Saral

He graduated from ITU in 1981 as an Electronics Engineer. He worked as a research assistant at the same university for one year, during which time he taught digital electronics and computer architecture courses to military students. After leaving university, he assumed various roles as an engineer, manager, and consultant in the IT and electronics sector, conducting extensive research in the areas of digital transformation, artificial intelligence, e-learning, and IT ethics.

His areas of expertise include information technologies and digital transformation, artificial intelligence and machine learning, professional qualifications and certification systems, e-learning and distance education, and standards and regulations in the IT sector.

His leadership and consulting roles include leading the work on occupational standards and qualifications for the Turkish IT sector, participating in engineering competitions, seminars, and e-learning projects at the Çizgi Technology Research, Development, and Training Center, serving on the Advisory Board of the ITU Faculty of Computer and Informatics, serving on the Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation Advisory Board of the Vocational Qualifications Authority, and actively volunteering with IT NGOs.

Since 2021, he has been working as a consultant at NeroData, focusing on artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies in the financial sector. He aims to add value to the sector by using technology ethically and efficiently by working on fraud detection, AML matches and systems that reduce false alerts.
